# `IgniterCss.Diagnostic`

One reason CSS is not valid, placed in the text that was checked.

`line` and `column` are 1-based, the column counted in characters. `offset` is
the byte offset of `text`, the part of the source the error is about; `text`
is empty when the error is about the end of the source.
